TV Time...
Our new favorite for TV time is picking a Lassie episode from this set my mom gave us. Who doesn't love the adventures of Timmy and Lassie?! Just like toys, you can't beat shows from the 1950s and 1960s. The shows have very simple sets and most are in black and white (GASP!), yet the kids are mesmerized by the animals and farm adventures.
So when you think "they just don't make shows like they used to", you are right...they certainly don't...but that doesn't mean you can't bring "the good old days" right into your 2010 living room!
