Header...

Grr.  My header is blurry this time.  I don't have the patience right now to mess with it.  I am having the hardest time with the sizing this time!!!  Every time I make one and get it right I say, "I need to write down those steps!"...but I don't.  Any of you have some tricks on this?  ie..which options in Picasa will give you the perfect header size?  Thanks!
